Recognised by the ISM International School of Management
The mediation trainings at CONSENSUS Campus are certified by the International Mediation School of Management. Participants receive a university certificate awarded by CONSENSUS and the ISM International School of Management after successfully completing the 120 hours of training to become a certified mediator according to the German Ordinance (ZMediatAusbV).

The cooperation between the ISM International School of Management and CONSENSUS includes not only the recognition of mediation training by the university, but also the production of joint teaching materials and modules on mediation, conflict resolution, conflicts in the workplace and business mediation.
Certification at CONSENSUS
With the recognition of the training by the ISM University of Applied Sciences, which is represented in various cities in Germany – as is CONSENSUS – participants in the mediation training now receive 3 certificates upon completion of the training:
- the certificate “Certified Mediator” according to the German Ordinance on Mediation (ZMediatAusbV)
a university certificate for mediation training (awarded by ISM International School of Management and CONSENSUS)
a certificate of recognition of the international standards of the training (certified by IMI International Mediation Institute)
