About the speaker
Dr. Audrey Allen is an HR Director, consultant and Certified International Mediator based in Jamaica. She is formally recognised as a mediator by the Chief Justice of Jamaica and qualified through IMC. She holds a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and an MBA, is a certified Emotional Intelligence assessor and coach, and is an adjunct lecturer at the University of the West Indies. Through her consultancy, she helps organisations manage conflict constructively and build resilient, high-performing teams.
