Was Sie erwartet
Following our traditional format, this facilitated 90-minute webinar will provide mediators with a safe, confidential, and collegial space for reflection and discussion. Participants will be invited to share experiences on a voluntary basis and discuss cases in a non-attributable manner. To encourage open and honest conversation, the session will not be recorded, will remain confidential, and will operate under the Chatham House Rule.
Through guided reflection and shared learning, participants will have the opportunity to discuss challenging cases, examine the dynamics at play, and consider what may have contributed to particular outcomes. Rather than focusing on fault or success, the session invites curiosity, learning, and professional reflection, recognising the many complex and often uncontrollable factors that influence mediation processes.
This interactive webinar also seeks to normalise the uncertainties and self-doubt that can accompany mediation practice. By exchanging perspectives, insights, and experiences with fellow practitioners, participants can strengthen both their professional resilience and their capacity for reflective practice. Whether you choose to share a case or simply listen and reflect, you will be joining a supportive community committed to learning from experience and supporting one another in the important work we do.
